Founded by Dr Panagiota (Giota) Pimenidou, with over 15 years of international experience in academia, programme leadership, research, academic quality, mentoring and admissions. Giota saw a mismatch based on the numbers of those starting PhDs vs those who finally graduate and those who continue their career in research or academia.
